Under the supervision and guidance of the Yiwu Municipal Bureau of justice, the association independently carries out its work according to law and accepts the guidance of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association.

The Standing Council exercises the functions and powers of the Council when the Council is not in session. The board of supervisors shall be established and elected by the lawyers' Congress. The board of supervisors is a standing supervisory body when the lawyers' Congress is not in session, which is responsible for the Congress and reports to the Congress. The Secretariat is the daily office of the association. The Standing Council has 12 special committees and 10 professional committees.
