Answer: If the recipient fails to fulfill the signing procedures for the judicial documents served by the Court, but in one of the following circumstances, it shall be deemed delivered: 1. The recipient mentioned the content of the judicial documents served in writing to the Court; 2. The recipient has fulfilled the content of the delivered judicial document; 3. Other situations that can be considered as delivered.
