1、 The People's Court of Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing has jurisdiction over the first instance foreign-related civil and commercial cases that should be under the jurisdiction of the Primary people's court; The Intermediate people's court of Nanjing has centralized jurisdiction over foreign-related civil and commercial cases of the first instance that should be under the jurisdiction of the Intermediate people's court and other districts should be under the jurisdiction of the Primary people's court.
2、 The People's Court of Suzhou Industrial Park has jurisdiction over the first instance foreign-related civil and commercial cases within its jurisdiction that should be under the jurisdiction of the Primary people's court; The Intermediate people's court of Suzhou has centralized jurisdiction over foreign-related civil and commercial cases of the first instance within the jurisdiction of Suzhou that should be under the jurisdiction of the Intermediate people's court and other cities and districts that should be under the jurisdiction of the Primary people's court.
