Do the written materials submitted by the parties have translation requirements? – FAQ 5 on the Filing Review of Commercial Cases Involving Foreign Affairs, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan

Answer: The written materials submitted by the parties to the court are in foreign languages, and they should also submit a Chinese translation to the court. If the parties have objections to the Chinese translation, they shall jointly entrust a translation agency to provide the translated text; If the parties cannot reach an agreement on the choice of a translation agency, it shall be determined by the court.
