Judgment Opinions Summary:

Under the registered capital subscription system, if the company extends the term of capital contribution of shareholders by the resolution of the shareholders' (general) meeting or other means after the company's debts are incurred, and the creditor requests the shareholders who have not yet revised the term of capital contribution to bear supplementary compensation liability for the debts that the company cannot pay off within the scope of capital contribution, the people's court shall support it.
