Case judgment opinions summary:

The assets of a rural collective ownership enterprise belong to the villagers' collective, and the compensation after the enterprise is expropriated also belongs to the villagers' collective. Without the authorization of the villagers' meeting, the villagers' committee signed and promised to transfer part of the property shares of the village collective enterprise or part of the compensation shares after the enterprise was expropriated to others without authorization, in violation of the provisions of the organizational law of the villagers' committee, the commitment or agreement shall be invalid.
