Case Judgment Opinions Summary:
The leasehold provided by the lessor to the lessee shall meet the lease purpose. The lessor operating the house leasing business shall test and control the indoor air quality to make it conform to the relevant national environmental protection standards. The people's court shall support the lessor's request to terminate the contract and refund the rent and other expenses if the lessor provides the leased house with excessive harmful gas, which infringes the life, health and safety of the lessee and makes the lessee's lease purpose impossible to achieve.
