When the smart TV is turned on, the power-on advertisement will be played automatically. If the smart TV producer is also the operator of the power-on advertisement, it is obliged to clearly remind the consumer that the product contains the content of the power-on advertisement and tell whether it can be turned off with one button. The smart TV producer does not provide instant one-button shutdown function for the smart TV it produces and sells. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of many unspecified consumers, the consumer rights and interests protection organization files a civil public interest lawsuit requiring the smart TV producer to provide one-button shutdown function for the startup advertisement, the people's court should support it.
