Summary:

In cases where it is necessary to confirm the property supervision responsibilities of minors, persons without capacity or with limited capacity, such as applying for the change of guardians, changing the custody relationship, etc., such as the guardian's insufficient property supervision capacity due to age, physical health and other reasons, or the guardian's conflict with the property interests of the person under custody, which causes the guardian to be unable to effectively manage the property of the person under custody and may cause damage to his property interests, In order to reflect the legal principle of "the most beneficial to the ward", the guardian may entrust the ward's property to a third party for supervision after reaching an agreement with the third party and listening to the ward's opinions, and after the court's review and determination.
